Each practice is design to adapt to everyone. Each body is different and we feel different every day, as we wake up with different levels of energy. Once you incorporate yoga into your daily routine, you'll start enjoying the beauty of Yoga. During your practice, you'll find adjustments to your own body and also depending on your feelings in that exact moment.

With your practice, you will hopefully find peace and will truly appreciate the benefits of Yoga in and off the mat.

Yoga is not just a physical exercise, it's so much more, it's the art of synchronizing our body, mind and soul. Yoga in Sanskrit means "union". With the practice of Yoga we get to know our True Self, and be more connected to it.

During a yoga class, when we move our body in sinchronicity with our breath we connect our body to our mind. As Thich Nhat Hanh said, "Breath is the bridge that connects life to consciousness, which unites our body to our thoughts".

Yoga teaches us to be more present, to be mindful, so it enables us to live fully and in its true essence. Mindfulness opens our awareness to ourself and what surrounds us, so we can enjoy the beauty of Life as it is.
